Responsibilities
- Make outbound/inbound calls to interested car sellers and booking successful appointments/store inspections.
- Drive sales conversion for the respective campaign and maintaining monthly performance.
- Manage day on day basic hygiene such as login and ready hours, break management
- Toggle and work on diff leads capturing software (Ameyo & Lead Squared)
- Maintain call quality threshold and deliver best customer handling practices.
- Brand articulation ability to educate customers over call.
